In elk vakantiepakket zit een uitgebreid feedback formulier, de meeste klanten testimonials zijn hiervan genomen, de rest komt van emails die onze klanten gestuurd hebben na hun vakantie.
In 2017 meer dan 80% van onze klanten stuurden hun feedbackformulier terug. 85% van deze beoordeelde hun vakantie “Uitstekend”, en een verdere 14% “Goed”
Any issues were not down to Mickledore. Everything else ran 100% like clockwork. Very confident in this company (despite my initial apprehension) and will definitely use again and recommend. Tour was superbly organised and more or less went like clockwork, particularly when you take into account the complexity of the itinerary and the relatively short notice we gave about dates we required.
The best thing I can say is that after booking I didn’t need to question anything. Arrived every day to find case already there. Never had any problems, but feel sure help would have been prompt and effective.
