We walked another section of the SW Coastal Path, from St Ives to Coverack, supported as always by the reliable and wonderful Mickledore! Superb scenery, sunshine on tap, great accommodation and delicious food mostly fish and other local Cornish produce. So many iconic locations on this part of the path – St Michael’s Mount, Mousehole, The Lizard and Land’s End. Highly recommended (but the walking is tough!).
The quality of your overnight accommodations and logistical planning, such as taxi transfers, makes Mickledore the perfect choice for us. This was our second walking holiday with Mickledore. The first was Hadrian’s Wall in 2019. Our interactions with the staff at Mickledore have always been helpful. Response time to inquires is very quick and the support has been just what was needed when we had to change our itinerary. The professionalism and the friendliness of staff are one of the many reasons we will continue to use Mickledore for our walking holidays.
